Cancellation & Refunds
Our cancellation policy is firm:
- 60+ days before check-in: Cancel for free (100% refund).
- 45–59 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- 0–44 days before check-in: No refund.
Refund windows are calculated based on the scheduled check-in date and the timestamp of your cancellation request.
Exceptions
The following bookings are excluded from the refund windows above:
- Retreats
- Wedding Day 2
- Ryder Cup Events
No refund amount will be given once a booking for any of these events has been placed.
Security Deposit
Our security deposit is based on the type of event booked and ranges from €600–€2,000.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we will comply with any mandatory remedies that apply to your purchase.
